Abstract

processo de fabricação de módulo de bateria utilizando aparelho de deslocamento para celula de bateria. é revelado aqui um método de fabricação de módulos de bateria a partir de uma pluralidade de células de bateria através de uma operação contínua utilizando um aparelho de transferência de célula de bateria, o método de fabricação incluindo (a) carregar células de bateria em um gabarito portador do aparelho de transferência de célula de bateria enquanto montando tampas inferiores isolantes nas superfícies de extremidades inferiores das células de bateria respectivas, (b) acoplar os revestimentos de metal às superfícies de extremidades superiores das células de bateria respectivas mediante soldagem após a localização dos revestimentos de metal nas superfícies de extremidades superiores das células de bateria correspondentes, (c) aplicar adesivos às superfícies de extremidades inferiores dos membros de montagem isolantes ou às superfícies de extremidades superiores das células de bateria, posicionar os membros de montagem isolantes nas superfícies de extremidades superiores das células de bateria correspondentes, e prensar as extremidades superiores dos membros de montagem isolantes respectivos utilizando um aparelho de prensagem para acoplar os membros de montagem isolantes com as superfícies de extremidades superiores das células de bateria respectivas, (d) soldar os módulos de circuito de proteção às células de bateria respectivas utilizando um aparelho de soldagem, de tal modo que os módulos de circuito de proteção sejam conectados eletricamente às células de bateria respectivas, após posicionar cada um dos módulos de circuito de proteção na superfície de extremidade superior de um membro correspondente dos membros de montagem isolantes, (e) aplicar adesivos às superfícies de extremidade superiores dos módulos de circuito de proteção ou às superfícies internas das tampas superiores isolantes, posicionar as tampas superiores isolantes nas partes superiores dos módulos de circuito de proteção respectivos, e prensar as extremidades superiores das tampas superiores isolantes respectivas utilizando um aparelho de prensagem para acoplar as tampas superiores isolantes com as células de bateria respectivas, (f) remover os módulos de bateria a partir do gabarito portador, e (g) envolver a superfície externa de cada um dos módulos de bateria em uma película de revestimento tendo um código de barras impresso na sua superfície externa, em que o aparelho de transferência de célula de bateria inclui um gabarito portador tendo ranhuras formadas no lado externo de um seu lado e um gabarito incluindo um membro de prensagem elástica e um membro de acoplamento elástico.
