Abstract
MéTODO PARA REALIZAR PIRóLISE COM RELAçãO A UM REFERVEDOR DE LEITO FLUIDIZADO BORBULHANTE, E, APARELHO DE PIRóLISE. Um aparelho de pirólise inclui um pirolisador substancialmente fechado (4), uma entrada de provisão para prover combustível pirolisável ao pirolisador (4), uma saída para retirar material de leito quente em forma de partícula do pirolisador, uma ou mais aberturas de saida (6) para levar substâncias gasosas condensáveis separadas do combustível para serem pirolisadas fora do pirolisador, um condensador (8) para condensar substâncias gasosas condensáveis em óleo de pirólise, e um meio (7) para transferir as substâncias gasosas condensáveis da abertura de saída do pirolisador (4) para o condensador (8). O meio para manter condições de pirólise no pirolisador (4) inclui uma entrada para levar material de leito quente em forma de partícula no pirolisador e meio (5) para prover gás de fluidização ao pirolisador. O pirolisador (4) é uma câmara ligada diretamente por um forno (1) de um refervedor de leito fluidizado borbulhante, por qual câmara, material de leito fluidizado é arranjado para ser circulado entre a entrada e a saída. Meio (5) para prover gás de fluidização é dividido através de uma área entre a entrada (11) e a saida (12) no pirolisador (4) tal que elas criem um fluxo cruzado de gás de fluidização em relação à direção de transferência (S) do material de leito e combustível.
