Abstract
COMUTADOR REDUNDANTE. Um comutador redundante inclui um alojamento e um atuador móvel no alojamento em duas direções transíacionais opostas. Um cursor é móvel no alojamento nas mesmas duas direções opostas do atuador e acoplado ao atuador por duas molas antagónicas com espaçamento em ambas as direções de movimentação. O comutador inclui também uma trilha de engate com pelo menos dois entalhes de engate, que são separados um do outro ao longo das direções de movimentação. Pelo menos duas unidades de comutação são arranjadas uma ao lado da outra para atuação simultânea pelo cursor. Um came de engate é movelmente guiado sobre o cursor perpendicular a suas direções de movimentação transíacional e é solicitado em direção à trilha de engate por uma mola de compressão. Um dos entalhes de engate em cooperação com o came de engate define uma posição de repouso do cursor, na qual o cursor não atua as unidades de comutação. Outro entalhe de engate em cooperação com o came de engate define uma posição de atuação do cursor, na qual o cursor terá atuado as unidades de comutação. As molas antagónicas forçam o cursor a se mover para a respectiva outra posição, quando o came de engate deslizar sobre um ápice entre os entalhes de engate.
