Abstract

conversor de fonte de voltagem. a presente invenção refere-se a um conversor de fonte de voltagem possuindo pelo menos uma extensão de fase conectada a polos o postos de um lado de voltagem direta do conversor e compreendendo uma conexão em série dos elementos de comutação (7') incluindo pelo menos um capacitor de armazenamento de energia e configurado para obter dois estados de comutação, isso é um primeiro estado de comutação e um segundo estado de comutação, no qual a voltagem através do dito pelo menos um capacitor de armazenamento de energia e uma voltagem zero, respectivamente, é aplicada através dos terminais do elemento de comutação, possui chips semicondutores dos ditos elementos de comutação dispostos nas pilhas (s) compreendendo cada um pelo menos dois chips semicondutores. o conversor compreende uma disposição (39) configurada para aplicar uma pressão às extremidades opostas de cada pilha.
