Abstract
método, ensaio imunocromatográfico e fita de teste imunocromatográfica para detecção do complexo de mycobacterium tuberculosis a presente invenção refere-se a um método para detectar especificamente um antígeno da proteína mtp64 secretória complexoespecífica de mycobacterium tuberculosis em uma amostra biológica, por meio do qual o diagnóstico da infecção com mycobacterium tuberculosis é realizado rápida e seguramente com precisão mais alta que antes. um anticorpo que reconhece um epitopo para a mpb64 localizado em qualquer uma das sequências de aminoácidos seq id nos: 2 a 4, particularmente um anticorpo monoclonal foi obtido. deste modo, um imunoensaio utilizando o anticorpo, particularmente um imunoensaio do tipo sanduiche utilizando os primeiro e segundo anticorpos para a mpb64, particularmente um ensaio imunocromatográfico e uma fita de teste imunocromatográfica são fornecidos. uma amostra biológica pode ser rapidamente submetida ao imunoensaio sem ficar em cultura ou após cultura por um período de tempo antes da bactéria do complexo mycobacterium tuberculosis na amostra começar a crescer substancialmente. a amostra biológica pode ser pré-tratada através do tratamento para inativação de mycobacterium tuberculosis, ou tratamento por dispersão ou solubilização.
