Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO E ETAPA DE UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM PNEUMÁTICO A invenção se refere a um pneumático com armadura de carcaça radial que compreende uma armadura de topo formada por pelo menos duas camadas de topo de trabalho de elementos de reforço inextensíveis, por pelo menos uma camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais radialmente disposta entre duas camadas de topo de trabalho, as camadas de topo de trabalho adjacentes à camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais sendo de um lado e de outro do plano equatorial e no prolongamento axial da camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais acopladas em uma largura axial 1, para em seguida ser separadas. De acordo com a invenção, uma camada de mistura polimérica de espessura superior a 1.5 mm em uma largura axial superior a 0.1xd é posicionada axialmente entre a extremidade axialmente exterior da camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais e a extremidade axialmente interior da zona de acoplamento das camadas de topo de trabalho.
