Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO E ETAPA DE UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE UM PNEUMÁTICO A invenção se refere a um pneumático que compreende uma armadura de topo formada por pelo menos duas camadas de topo de trabalho, por pelo menos uma camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais radialmente disposta entre duas camadas de topo de trabalho, as camadas de topo de trabalho adjacentes à camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais sendo de um lado e de outro do plano equatorial e no prolongamento axial da camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais acopladas em uma largura axial, para em seguida serem separadas. De acordo com a invenção, uma primeira camada adicional de mistura polimérica de largura pelo menos igual à largura 1 da zona de acoplamento e de espessura máxima inferior a duas vezes a espessura da camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais é posicionada radialmente sob a camada de topo de trabalho radialmente adjacente e interior à camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais e é pelo menos parcialmente radialmente superposta à zona de acoplamento das camadas de topo de trabalho.
