Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO, E, PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM PNEUMáTICO". Um pneumático (1) compreendendo uma estrutura de carcaça (2) com pelo menos uma lona de carcaça (2a), pelo menos uma estrutura de reforço anular (3) associada com a estrutura de ar (2), uma estrutura de cinta (5) e uma banda de rodagem (6) feita de um material elastomérico em uma posição radialmente externa com respeito à carcaça (2) e estrutura de cinta (5), sendo que a banda de rodagem (6) inclui pelo menos uma camada radialmente interna (9) e uma camada radialmente externa (10) aptas ao rolamento sobre o solo e sendo que: i) a camada radialmente interna (9) tem um módulo de elasticidade (E<39>), sob compressão, maior do que o módulo de elasticidade (E<39>), sob compressão, da camada radialmente externa (10); ii) a camada radialmente interna (9) da banda de rodagem (6) compreende uma pluralidade de elementos de apoio circunferenciais (12) estendendo-se radialmente na dita camada radialmente externa (10) e axialmente distribuídos ao longo do desenvolvimento transversal da banda de rodagem (6).
