Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO". Pneumático (P) compreendendo uma armadura de carcaça radial (2) encimada radialmente por uma armadura de topo (3)composta de pelo menos uma armadura de trabalho formada por pelo menos duas lonas (31, 32) de elementos de reforço metálicos inextensíveis, calandrados de mistura borrachosa, paralelos entre si em cada lona e cruzados de uma lona à seguinte formando com a direção circunferencial, ângulos <244>~ 1~ e <244>~ 2~ compreendidos entre 10<198> e 45<198>, as ditas lonas de trabalho (31, 32) tendo larguras axiais L~ 1~ e L~ 2~, e pelo menos uma lona complementar (33), dita de proteção, de largura axial L~ 3~ tal como L~ 2~ < L~ 3~, L~ 2~ sendo a largura da lona de trabalho (32) adjacente à lona de proteção (33), e que comporta elementos de reforço metálicos. De acordo com ab invenção, uma camada P de misturas borrachosas coesivas é disposta entre pelo menos as extremidades das lonas de topo de trabalho (31, 32).
