Abstract
SISTEMA DE EGR. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de EGR capaz de melhorar a velocidade de combustão e prevenir o batimento. Um came de EGR (80) incluído no sistema de EGR (10) é provido em um eixo de came (38). O came de EGR (80) é girável independentemente do eixo de came (38) e possui uma primeira porção convexa (90) formada em uma sua face de fundo. O eixo de came (38) é também provido com um conjunto de acionamento (82). O conjunto de acionamento 82 inclui um membro de ranhura-guia interna (102) que possui uma segunda porção convexa (112) formada de modo projetante no mesmo e que gira seguindo a rotação do eixo de came (38), e um membro de ranhura-guia externa (104) ligado a uma haste (130) de um solenóide (128) via um primeiro braço retentor (114) e um segundo braço retentor (226). Destes, o membro de ranhura-guia interna (102) gira seguindo a rotação do eixo de came (38). Quando o membro de ranhura-guia interna (102) gira com a primeira porção convexa (90) e a segunda porção convexa (112) contactando-se entre si, a força de rotação do membro de ranhura-guia interna (102) é transmitida para o came de EGR (80) levando o came de EDGR (80) a girar. O came de EGR (80) sendo girado leva a válvula de EGR (72) a abrir e fechar.
