Abstract

MéTODOS DE CONTROLE ORIENTADO POR CAMPO PARA UM ACIONAMENTO ELéTRICO E DE OPERAçãO PARA UM ACIONAMENTO PARA TRACIONAR UM OBJETO, ARRANJO DE MOTOR ELéTRICO, E, CONTROLADOR DE POSIçãO E/OU VELOCIDADE PARA O CONTROLE ORIENTADO POR CAMIPO DE UM ACIONAMENTO ELéTRICO. A invenção refere-se a um método orientado por campo para controlar um acionamento elétrico compreendendo uma pluralidade de motores elétricos, por exemplo, para implementar um mecanismo de tração, especialmente para meios de cabo de carga e/ou de engrenagem. No método de controle, medições são tomadas de uma corrente de motor polifásico real. Os valores medidos são transformados em um componente de corrente contínua e um componente de corrente de quadratura, com base em um ângulo de campo de rotor magnético ou ângulo de fluxo, em um sistema de coordenadas d, q, baseado em rotor. O componente de corrente de quadratura medido é comparado com um predeterminado componente de corrente transversal de um valor de comando de corrente, para obter um valor de comando para controle de corrente de motor. A invenção ainda se refere a um arranjo de motor elétrico, o qual é apropriado especialmente para implementar o método de controle, com pelo menos dois motores elétricos que podem ser operados como motores polifásicos. A invenção também se refere a um controlador de posição e/ou velocidade para o controle orientado por campo de um acionamento elétrico, o qual é apropriado especialmente para uso no acima mencionado método de controle ou no acima mencionado arranjo de motor elétrico. A invenção ainda se refere a um método de partida para um acionamento de tração e a, por conseguinte, um arranjo de preparação de motores elétricos.
