Abstract
PNEU PNEUMáTICO QUE TEM CAMADA SELANTE EMBUTIDA E PREPARAçãO DA MESMA. A presente invenção é direcionada a um pneu pneumático que tem uma camada selante embutida e sua preparação. Em uma modalidade, o pneu pneumático inclui uma banda de rodagem de borracha circunferencial externa e uma carcaça de suporte. Um forro interior de borracha é disposto interiormente da carcaça de suporte. Uma camada selante embutida é situada adjacente uma camada permeável a gás mais interna e disposto interormente do forro interior de borracha. A camada selante embutida fornece propriedades auto-selantes ao pneu pneumático. O pneu, com sua camada permeável a gás mais interna, permite para eliminação ou redução em formação de bolhas no pneu. Pneu pneumático pode ser preparado posicionando-se a camada permeável a gás em um aparelho de construção de pneu. Em seguida, uma camada selante precursora é posicionada diretamente na camada permeável a gás. O forro interior de borracha é disposto externamente da camada selante precursora seguido pela carcaça de pneu e então a banda de rodagem de um pneu de borracha na carcaça de pneu.
