Abstract

MÉTODO DE BORRIFAMENTO TÉRMICO PARA REVESTIR UM RASGO DE ANEL DE PISTçO, UTILIZAÇçO DE UM A RAME DE BORRIFAMENTO E UM PISTçO COM UMA CAMADA DE BORRIFAMENTO TÉRMICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de borrifamento térmico para revestir um rasgo de anel de pistão (2) de um pistão (1) de um grande motor a diesel de dois tempos, no qual para receber e guiar um anel de pistão (3) no rasgo de anel de pistão (2), o rasgo de anel de pistão (2) é limitado por uma primeira superfície lateral (21) junto ao espaço de combustão, por uma segunda superfície lateral (22) afastada do espaço de combustão, e por uma superfície traseira que se estende de maneira periférica (23) na camisa do pistão (100), caracterizado pelo fato de que no mínimo a pri- meira superfície lateral (21) e/ou a segunda superfície lateral (22) do rasgo de anel de pistão (2) ser dotada de uma camada de borrifamento térmico (4) por meio de um processo de borrifamento de arame térmico. A invenção ainda refere-se à utilização de um arame de borrifamento (5) e também a um pistão (1) revestido de acordo com um método de acordo com a invenção.
