Abstract

FAIXA PARA SUBSTRATOS DE CLICHÊ LITOGRÁFICO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma faixa para a produção de um substrato para clichês litográficos consistindo em alumínio ou uma liga de alumínio, a faixa tendo pelo menos até certa extensão uma camada de superfície microcristalina como um resultado da passagens de laminação a quente e/ou a frio. Além domais, a invenção refere-se a um método para a caracterização de uma superfície de uma faixa para a produção de substratos de clichê litográfico que tem uma camada de superfície microcristalina aperfeiçoada, de modo que taxas de produção maiores sejam possíveis durante a produção dos substratos do clichê litográfico em que em uma análise de microssonda bidimensional de acordo com o método de mapeamento de uma região de superfície da superfície microcristalina da faixa, a porção de superfície tendo uma razão de intensidade I/I volume (médio) maior do que 3 na faixa espectral da linha K do espectro de emissão de raio X do oxigênio da camada de superfície microcristalina medida é menor do que 10% de preferência menor do que 7%, sendo que, durante a análise de microssonda bidimensional, uma tensão de excitação de 15 kV, uma corrente de feixe de 50 nA e seção transversal de feixe de 1 um são usadas com uma quantidade de incremento de 16,75 u para o feixe eletrônico.
