Abstract

método para decodificar um sinal de vídeo. um método para eficientemente decodificar um sinal de video é descrito, o qual é baseado em escalabilidade de granularidade fina (fgs) e inclui adquirir informação de identificação de imagem indicando uma imagem de referência de um bloco atual, e decodificar o bloco atual usando a imagem de referência. uma imagem de referência de camada base e uma imagem de referência de camada aperfeiçoada correspondendo a ela têm a mesma informação de odentificação de imagem. conseqüentemente, é possivel minimizar um problema causado em um procedimento para decodificar um sinal de vídeo devido a erro de transmissão.
