Abstract
Se proporciona un método de codificación de video y un aparato para transmitir información de configuración requerida para reproducir de manera exacta una imagen reconstruida por un decodificador. Se proporciona un método de decodificación de video y un aparato para recibir información de configuración requerida para reproducir de manera exacta una imagen reconstruida por un decodificador. El método de decodificación de video incluye: recibir una corriente de datos que incluye unidades de la capa de abstracción de red (NAL); obtener información de restricción que indica si existe una restricción en un tipo de ordenación de muestras de una representación visual a partir de la corriente de datos; y determinar un método de ordenación de muestras reconstruidas que se generan mediante la decodificación una representación visual codificada con base en la información de restricción.
