Abstract
MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PELOTIZAçãO DE PLáSTICOS E/OU POLìMEROS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a pelotização de plásticos e/ou polímeros, no qual um banho, proveniente de um gerador de banho, é suprido por meio de uma válvula desviadora, tendo diferentes posições operacionais, a uma pluralidade de cabeças de pelotização, por meio das quais o banho é pelotizado. A invenção refere-se ainda a um aparelho de pelotização para a pelotização de plásticos e/ou polímeros, tendo uma válvula desviadora, que tem pelo menos uma conexão de gerador de banho, pelo menos duas conexões de pelotizador, bem como uma gaveta desviadora, para conexão seletiva da conexão de gerador de banho a pelo menos uma das conexões de pelotizador, com uma respectiva cabeça de pelotização a pelo menos duas conexões de pelotizador, e um gerador de banho, tendo uma vazão volumétrica de banho variável sendo conectado à conexão de gerador de banho. Finalmente, a invenção também se refere a uma válvula desviadora para esse aparelho de pelotização, tendo uma conexão de gerador de banho, uma conexão de pelotizador, bem como uma passagem de banho para a conexão da conexão de gerador de banho à conexão de pelotizador. A presente invenção parte, portanto, da idéia de que o uso de uma pluralidade de cabeças de pelotização com diferentes capacidades de passagem e, por conseguinte, o aumento das janelas de produtivida de são possíveis de serem, em grande parte, postos em funcionamento continuamente, sem as interrupções intermediárias, e diminuir os inevitáveis processos de partida por alternância nas cabeças de pelotização tendo pequenas capacidades de produtividade, ou minimizá-los com relação aos produtos de partida que ocorrem. De acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção, uma pluraridade de cabeças de pelotização, tendo diferentes capacidades de pelotização, são usada seqúencialmente para a partida do processo de pelotização, com o banho sendo primeiro suprido a uma primeira cabeça de pelotização, tendo uma menor capacidade de produtividade, e depois o fluxo volumétrico do banho sendo aumentado e a válvula desviado-
