Abstract

Dispositivo afogador para um sistema de alimentação de motor a combustão interna onde o dispositivo afogador (13) para um sistema de entrada de um motor de combustão interna (1) tem ao menos um corpo do afogador (15) fixado de modo a poder mover - se dentro de um duto de entrada (9), e um dispositivo atuador (17) para mover o corpo do afogador (15) para, e de, uma posição de trabalho na qual o corpo do afogador (15) reduz a secção transversal do duto de entrada (9); e o dispositivo atuador (17) tendo um membro de atuação (23), filiforme, feito de um material com memória de forma que muda de formato quando submetido a tensões físicas externas, e tendo uma primeira porção (24) assentada no como da afogador (15), e uma segunda porção (25) disposta do lado de fora do corpo do afogador (15) e presa mecanicamente em uma parte fixa - fig. 3.
