Abstract

SìNTESE DE COPOLìMEROS DE BLOCO CATIÈNICOS ANFIFìLICOS ISENTA DE AGENTE TENSOATIVO A presente invenção se refere a um método para produção de um copolímero de bloco anfifílico, incluindo as etapas de: (1) preparação de um primeiro meio de polimerização aquoso que é compreendido de: (a) 4-vinilpiridina, (b) um agente de RAFT de tritiocarbonato e um emulsionante, onde o emulsionante é preparado in situ dentro do meio de polimerização aquoso por reação de um agente tensoativo latente com um ativador de agente tensoativo; (2) polimerização de 4-vinilpiridina no primeiro meio de polimerização aquoso, na presença de um primeiro iniciador de radical livre para produzir uma poli (4-vinilpiridina); (3) protonação de poli (4-vinilpiridina) para formar um poli(4-vinilpiridina) macroiníciador de RAFT; (4) preparação de um segundo meio de polimerização aquoso que é compreendido de um poli (4-vinilpiridina) macroiniciador de AFT protonado e um monómero contendo insaturação etilênica, porém é exclusivo de um agente tensoativo; e (5) polimerização de poli (4-vinilpiridina) macroiniciador de RAFT protonado e monómero contendo insaturação etilênica dentro do segundo meio aquoso, na presença de um segundo iniciador de radical livre e uma temperatura inferiar a l00<198>C para produzir um copolímero de bloco anfifílico de 4-vinilpiridina e monómero contendo insaturação etilênica.
