Abstract

"EMBREAGEM DE FRICçãO, EM ESPECIAL PARA VEìCULO AUTOMOTIVO E MóDULO PRé-MONTADO DESTINADO A SER MONTADO EM UMA EMBREAGEM DE FRICçãO". Essa embreagem compreende um amortecedor (A2) que compreende duas arruelas de guia (34A, 34B) solidárias em rotação entre si e uma placa anular (42) coaxial às arruelas de guia (34A, 34B) e móvel em rotação em relação a elas. Ele compreende também órgãos elásticos de ativação condicional (46A, 46B) que transmitem um torque de acordo com a deflexão angular entre as arruelas de guia (34A, 34B) e a placa (42), e meios de atrito de ativação condicional para dissipar a energia acumulada nos órgãos elásticos (44A, 44B). Esses meios de atrito compreendem uma arruela de atrito (66) munida de uma aba de ativação (66P) moldada solidariamente com essa arruela de atrito (66), e ligada angularmente com um órgão elástico (46A, 46B) correspondente. A arruela de atrito (66) é feita de chapa metálica. A aba de ativação (66P) é delimitada por superfícies de contato com o órgão elástico de ativação condicional correspondente e a placa (42) formadas pela espessura da arruela feita de chapa (66). O órgão de atrito compreende uma arruela feita de plástico, solidarizada em rotação com a arruela feita de chapa que é intercalada axialmente entre a primeira arruela de guia e a arruela feita de plástico.
