Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MOER PELìCULAS DE SEMENTE DE CACAU, E, PRODUTO DE PELìCULA DE SEMENTE DE CACAU". Um processo para preparação de película de semente de cacau moída, incluindo moer película de semente de cacau em uma única operação unitária de uma maneira de curta duração sem a necessidade de mover partes mecânicas. O produto de película de semente de cacau moída obtido do tratamento de moagem tem pouca degradação térmica e evita problemas de manutenção de equipamento de outro modo associada à moagem mecânica das películas de semente de cacau enquanto provê um produto granular comestível útil para manufatura de alimento como produção de alimento de chocolate.
