Abstract

"MANGA PARA PROTEçãO E REFORçO DE SOLDAGENS DE CABEçA A CABEçA DE TUBOS DE PLáSTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma manga termosselável (10) para proteção e reforço de juntas de cabeça a cabeça de um tubo (13) de material plástico que é constituída de duas metades mutuamente conectáveis (11, 12) para envolver um tubo. As metades têm sobre a face interna em uma posição intermediária entre as extremidades de uma ranhura circunferência projetada para receber a junta de cabeça a cabeça do tubo sobre o qual a manga é instalada. Cada metade tem dois flanges longitudinais (17, 18, 19, 20) radialmente salientes para acoplamento com e fixação a correspondentes flanges sobre a metade oposta. A união compreende sobre a face interna zonas para termofusão elétrica para adesão ao tubo conectadas a terminais voltados para o exterior (25 a 32) para sua alimentação de energia elétrica. Vantajosamente, os flanges também possuem zonas de termo-adesão mútua por intermédio de alimentação de energia elétrica através dos terminais (35, 36).
