Abstract

APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA SECAGEM DE LìQUIDOS COM ALTO TEOR DE CARBOIDRATO. A invenção se refere a um aparelho para secagem de um líquido contendo predominantemente matéria sólida de carboidratos a um pó não-aderente. O aparelho compreende uma câmara de secagem-pulverização (5), na parte superior da qual um elemento de pulverização (4) capaz de atomização de líquido contendo predominantemente matéria sólida de carboidratos em gotículas está posicionado, meios (6) para fornecimento de um gás de secagem às gotículas atomizadas para secagem parcial das mesmas em partículas úmidas e um dispositivo de residência (9) para pós-cristalização das partículas úmidas recebidas da câmara de secagem em um pó não-aderente. O aparelho ainda compreende um elemento de filtro (7) disposto internamente na câmara de pulverização e meios (16) para extração do gás de secagem consumido através de do elemento de filtro. O aparelho é adequado para tratamento de líquidos com um alto teor de carboidratos, tais como soro e permeado de soro. Também revelado é um processo para produção de pós não-aderentes.
