Abstract
PAINÉIS NçO-COMBUSTÍVEIS, REFORÇADOS, CIMENTOSOS, LEVES E SISTEMA DE ARMAÇçO DE METAL PARA PISO. Um sistema de pavimento incluindo elementos de armação de metal, horizontais, por exemplo, vigas-C, vigas-U, vigas de alma aberta, HAMBRO ou outros sistemas de armação de metal que sustentam um painel SCP reforçado, leve, dimensionalmente estável. O sistema de piso é não-combustível, durável em água, resistente a mofo e deterioração, resistente ao cupim, e é capaz de resistir às cargas de cisalhamento iguais, ou superiores, às cargas de cisalhamento providas por painéis de compensado ou de chapas de fibras orientadas. Os painéis empregam uma ou mais camadas de uma fase contínua resultante da cura de uma mistura aquosa de aglutinante inorgânico, por exemplo, semi-hidrato alfa de sulfato de cálcio, cimento hidráulico, uma pozolana ativa e cal. A fase contínua é reforçada com fibras de vidro e contém partículas de material de enchimento leve, por exemplo, microesferas de cerâmica.
