Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇçO DE MàDULO DE BATERIA SECUNDÁRIA E MàDULO DE BATERIA SECUNDARIA. Trata-se de um processo para preparação de um módulo de bateria secundária. O processo inclui formar orifícios atravessadores de acoplamento que têm conformações específicas nos terminais de eletrodo em forma de chapa de uma série de pilhas unitárias, empilhar as pilhas unitárias umas sobre as outras e inserir elementos de acoplamento através dos orifícios atravessadores de acoplamento de modo a acoplar as pilhas unitária umas com as outras. Consequentemente, são obtidos o acoplamento seguro e a conexão elétrica entre as pilhas unitárias sem o uso de elementos adicionais, tais como cartuchos e, portanto, é preparado um módulo de bateria compacto com alta força de acoplamento.
