Abstract

本发明提供一种穿接式极板,包括极板和穿接杆,所述穿接杆上分布设置有极板,极板上设置有孔洞,穿接杆通过穿过孔洞与极板相连接,每个相邻的极板之间设置有两个定位块,极板的左右两侧设置有与定位块相对应的螺旋槽,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电池生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种穿接式极板。
背景技术
现有的蓄电池组中,极板需要进行组合起来均需要进行铸焊。用此方法不仅结构固定也费时费力。因此,本发明提供一种镶嵌式汇流排。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种穿接式极板,通过极板上的孔洞从而使穿接杆穿入,再通过定位块与螺旋槽的螺纹连接来进行定位,通过刻度标识对极板进行的位置进行定位,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种穿接式极板,包括极板和穿接杆,所述穿接杆上分布设置有极板,极板上设置有孔洞,穿接杆通过穿过孔洞与极板相连接,每个相邻的极板之间设置有两个定位块,极板的左右两侧设置有与定位块相对应的螺旋槽。
进一步改进在于:所述定位块是能拆卸的,所述定位块与螺旋槽通过螺纹连接。
进一步改进在于:所述穿接杆表面设置有刻度标识。
本发明的有益效果:通过极板上的孔洞从而使穿接杆穿入,再通过定位块与螺旋槽的螺纹连接来进行定位,通过刻度标识对极板进行的位置进行定位,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种穿接式极板,包括极板1和穿接杆2,其特征在于,所述穿接杆2上分布设置有极板1,极板1上设置有孔洞3,穿接杆2通过穿过孔洞3与极板1相连接,每个相邻的极板1之间设置有两个定位块4,极板1的左右两侧设置有与定位块4相对应的螺旋槽5,所述定位块4是能拆卸的,所述定位块4与螺旋槽5通过螺纹连接,所述穿接杆2表面设置有刻度标识6。
通过极板1上的孔洞3从而使穿接杆2穿入,再通过定位块4与螺旋槽5的螺纹连接来进行定位,通过刻度标识6对极板1进行的位置进行定位,大大提高了产品的多样性,降低了生产的时间并且提高了生产效率。

1.一种穿接式极板,包括极板(1)和穿接杆(2),其特征在于,所述穿接杆(2)上分布设置有极板(1),极板(1)上设置有孔洞(3),穿接杆(2)通过穿过孔洞(3)与极板(1)相连接,每个相邻的极板(1)之间设置有两个定位块(4),极板(1)的左右两侧设置有与定位块(4)相对应的螺旋槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿接式极板,其特征在于,所述定位块(4)是能拆卸的,所述定位块(4)与螺旋槽(5)通过螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种穿接式极板,其特征在于,所述穿接杆(2)表面设置有刻度标识(6)。
