Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR EIXOS OCOS. A invenção é relativa a um método para produzir eixos ocos (11') que compreendem seções extremas (12', 16') com uma espessura de parede de maior e no mínimo uma seção intermediária (14) com uma espessura de parede reduzida, a partir de um tubo (11) que compreende uma espessura de parede constante utilizando um mandril (21) com um diâmetro que é graduado sobre seu comprimento, e que tem uma primeira seção longitudinal (22) com o diâmetro o mais estreito e no mínimo uma seção longitudinal adicional (24) com um diâmetro adicional mais largo. Dito método compreende as seguintes etapas: redução do diâmetro externo de uma primeira seção do tubo (11) utilizando a primeira seção longitudinal (22) do mandril (21) para criar a primeira seção extrema (12'); redução da seção externa de uma seção central (14) do tubo (11) utilizando no mínimo uma seção longitudinal adicional (24) do mandril (21) para criar a seção intermediária (14'); redução do diâmetro externo de uma seção adicional (16) do tubo (11) utilizando a primeira seção longitudinal (22) do mandril (21) para criar a segunda seção extrema (16').
