Abstract

PRODUTOS DE CHAPAS DE SOLDAGEM RECUPERADAS COM MULTICAMADAS DE ALUMìNIO E DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA. A presente invenção refere-se a um produto metalúrgico que consiste essencialmente em um núcleo de liga de alumínio, talhado propositadamente em análise química e rota de processamento para resistir à recristalização durante o ciclo de soldagem para explorar intencionalmente as resistências mais altas imediatamente após a soldagem de uma microestrutura deformada e recuperada, o núcleo de liga de alumínio sendo aglutinado em um lado a uma camada intermediária de liga de alumínio projetada para ser resistente à erosão localizada, a qual, por sua vez, é aglutinada a uma liga de revestimento 4xxx.
