Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA SECAR GAS COMPRIMIDO. Processo para secar o gás comprimido de um dispositivo compressor (1) tendo pelo menos dois estágios de pressão (4-5), em que um secador (3) é usado com pelo menos dois vasos de pressão (9-12) que são cheios com um dessecante e que operam alternadamente, de modo que, quando um vaso de pressão (12) estiver em ação para secar o gás comprimido, o outro vaso de pressão (9) está sendo regenerado, onde, a fim de regenerar o outro vaso de pressão (9), pelo menos uma parte desse gás comprimido é conduzida através do vaso de pressão regenerador (9), e pelo menos no final do ciclo de regeneração, essa parte do gás comprimido, após sua passagem pelo vaso de pressão regenerador (9) é conduzida ao tubo de pressão (6) entre dois estágios de pressão (4-5).
