Abstract
MéTODO PARA CRIAR PRODUTOS DE VIDRO RECICLADO E SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO DE APARAS DE VIDRO. Algumas configurações preferidas da presente invenção provêem um sistema e um método para analisar e limpar um fluxo de aparas antes da produção de garrafas. De acordo com certos aspectos da presente invenção, o sistema inclui um alimentador de matérias-primas, um estágio de mistura, um estágio formador de garrafa, um estágio de resfriamento/recozimento, um estágio de inspeção, e um controlador de lote. O alimentador de matérias-primas inclui ainda uma caixa de aparas, dentro da qual se encontra um fornecimento de aparas, um alimentador, um dispositivo de análise, e um conjunto de remoção. Algumas configurações preferidas do método incluem as etapas de alimentar aparas em um transportador, realizar análise de composição em tempo real das aparas, remover contaminantes das aparas, determinar se o lote de aparas é consistente com um limite de tolerância pré-determinado, ajustar a formulação de lote de vidro, enviar os ingredientes de lote ao estágio de mistura, e então completar o processo total de fabricação de vidro.
