Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A CONVERSãO SELETIVA DE UMA ALIMENTAçãO DE OXIGENADO EM PROPILENO. A seletividade do propileno de ciclo médio de um processo de oxigenado para propileno (OTP) usando um ou mais leitos fixos ou móveis de um catalisador de conversão do oxigenado de função dupla com reciclo de uma ou mais frações ricas de olefina C4+ é substancialmente intensificada mediante o uso da tecnologia de hidrotratamento seletivo nestas correntes de reciclo ricas em olefina C4+ para substancialmente eliminar precursores de coque prejudiciais tais como dienos e hidrocarbonetos acetilênicos. Esta etapa de hidrotratamento ajuda a sustentar a formação de depósitos de coque prejudiciais sobre o catalisador em um nível que substancialmente não degrada a atividade do catalisador de função dupla, a conversão de oxigenado e a seletividade do propileno, desse modo permitindo uma melhora substancial no rendimento de ciclo médio do propileno. A melhora de rendimento de ciclo médio do propileno permitida pela presente invenção sobre o sistema da técnica anterior mas sem o uso da etapa de hidrotratamento na corrente de reciclo rica em olefina C4+ é da ordem de 1,5 a 5,5 % em peso ou mais.
