Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHAGEM PARA PREPARAçãO DE OLEFINAS". A presente invenção refere-se à descrição de um processo e uma aparelhagem para preparação de olefinas, em que uma corrente de alimentação contendo hidrocarbonetos, por exemplo nafta, é convertida em uma planta de tratamento (1), em particular uma refinaria ou planta de olefinas, em olefinas desejadas, por exemplo, etileno e propileno. Neste processo, pelo menos parte das frações contendo olefinas com cadeias relativamente longas, em particular olefinas tendo pelo menos quatro átomos de carbono, obtidas na planta de tratamento (1), é transferida para um estágio de conversão de olefinas (12). Neste estágio, pelo menos parte das olefinas com cadeias relativamente longas é convertida em olefinas de cadeias mais curtas. Como estágio de conversão de olefinas, é possível usar, por exemplo, um reator catalítico, em particular um reator de leito fixo. Os produtos de reação são alimentados juntos com quaisquer hidrocarbonetos não reagidos a um estágio de fracionamento de produto de conversão (17), no qual as olefinas desejadas, em particular etileno e propileno, são separadas. Para aumentar o rendimento das olefinas desejadas, é proposto que um estágio de separação parafina/olefina (23) seja instalado a jusante do estágio de fracionamento do produto de conversão (17). Neste estágio de separação parafina/olefina (23), a corrente de alimentação é separada em uma corrente de parafina, por exemplo, uma corrente contendo butano e pentano, e uma corrente de olefina, por exemplo, uma corrente contendo buteno e penteno, em particular por destilação extrativa. Enquanto as parafinas obtidas desta maneira são recirculadas para a planta de tratamento (1), por exemplo para o forno de craqueamento (3) da planta de olefinas, as olefinas são recirculadas para o estágio de conversão de olefinas (12).
