Abstract

SELO POR NANOIMPRESSãO E MéTODO PARA IMPRIMIR UM PADRãO LITOGRáFICO EM UM SUBSTRATO RECEPTOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um selo por nanoimpressão para imprimir estruturas dimensionadas em nanómetros em estruturas dimensionadas em milímetros, o seio (1) tendo uma peça de base e uma primeira e uma segunda seções de impressão (2, 3), a primeira e a segunda seções de impressão possuindo um padrão litográfico (7) feito para imprimir em um substrato receptor. Em um primeiro aspecto, a primeira e a segunda seções de impressão (2, 3) são independentemente deslocáveis em uma direção substancialmente paralela a uma direção de impressão do selo de impressão. Em um segundo aspecto, a primeira e a segunda seções de impressão (2, 3) são mecanicamente acopladas de maneira fraca em uma direção substancialmente paralela a uma direção de impressão do selo de impressão. O selo limita o efeito de imperfeições no ou sobre o substrato a ser impresso com um padrão litográfico (7) e de imperfeições no ou sobre o seio e quaisquer combinações de tais imperfeições ao localizar a curvatura do selo na peça de base (5) na parte intermediária entre as seções de impressão (2,3).
