Abstract
MEDICAMENTO EM UMA FORMA DE MULTICAMADA. A presente invenção refere-se a um medicamento em uma forma de multicamada, que contém a) um núcleo com um agente farmacêutico, b) uma cobertura interna, 50 a 95 por cento em peso da qual são compostos de um (co)polímero que compreende 95 a 100 por cento em peso de monómeros vinílicos radicalmente polimerizados com grupos laterais neutros e 0 a 5 por cento em peso de monómeros com grupos laterais aniónicos, c) uma cobertura externa feita de um copolímero que compreende de 75 a 95 por cento em peso de ésteres de C~ 1~a C~ 4~ alquila radicalmente polimerizados de ácido acrílico ou ácido metacrílico e 5 a 25 por cento em peso de monómeros de (met)acrílato com um grupo aniónico no radical alquila. O referido medicamento também contém 5 a 30 por cento em peso de auxiliares farmacêuticos comuns, particularmente emolientes. O medicamento inventivo é caracterizado pelo fato de que a cobertura interna contém 5 a 50 por cento em peso de auxiliares farmacêuticos comuns que são agentes de nenhuma expansão, enquanto que a quantidade de agentes de expansão fornecida é menor do que 5 por cento em peso.
