Derivados de tirosina como moduladores PPAR?. O presente invento descreve compostos de fórmula geral (I), e seus sais solvatos, em que R1 representa o radical 2-benzoilfenilamino; R2 representa -(CH~ 2~)~ s~-N(COR3)-A-J-T ou -(CH~ 2~)~ s~-N(R4)-B-J-T; e s, R3, R4, A, B, J e T têm o significado descrito na descrição. Estes compostos são moduladores de PPAR<sym> e, portanto, são utilizáveis para o tratamento ou prevenção de uma condição ou doença mediada por estes receptores.
