Abstract
PROCESSOS DE RECUPERAçãO DE AMÈNIA A PARTIR DE FLUXO DE VAPOR E DE EFLUENTE DE REATOR. Um processo de recuperação de amónia não reagida a partir do efluente de uma zona de reação usada para produzir acrilonitrila ou metacrilonitrila que compreende arrefecer o efluente de reator com uma solução aquosa de fosfato de amónio em pelo menos duas fases, capturando, assim, o componente de amónia a partir do efluente. A amónia capturada pode ser recuperada aquecendo o fosfato de amónio aquoso, que pode, então, ser reciclado. Os contaminantes presentes no fosfato de amónio aquoso podem ser removidos, por exemplo, por extração de solvente ou oxidação por via úmida, antes do reciclo.
