Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к способу рекуперации энергии и воды из полученного в процессе окисления под давлением пара из расширителя, включающему стадию, на которой первый пар из расширителя, полученный непосредственно из расширителя, приводят в контакт с первым рециркулирующим конденсатом, имеющим первую низкую температуру конденсата, чтобы сконденсировать на первом рециркулирующем конденсате по меньшей мере часть водяного пара, содержащегося в указанном первом, загрязненном, паре из расширителя, и одновременно нагреть указанный первый рециркулирующий конденсат с получением первого рециркулирующего конденсата, имеющего первую высокую температуру конденсата, и первого отходящего пара. Кроме того, данное изобретение относится к устройству для проведения окисления под давлением, предназначенному для рекуперации энергии из полученного в процессе окисления под давлением пара из расширителя, и для использования высокотемпературного конденсата и смешивающего конденсатора для рекуперации энергии и воды из полученного в процессе окисления под давлением пара из расширителя.
