Abstract

В способе эксплуатации установки для получения серной кислоты, где содержащий триоксид серы газ подают в промежуточную абсорбционную систему или в конечный абсорбер для его по меньшей мере частичного абсорбирования в серной кислоте, где промежуточная абсорбционная система содержит двухстадийную абсорбционную систему, в которой на 1-й стадии находится прямоточный абсорбер и 2-я стадия сконструирована в виде противоточного абсорбера, и установка дополнительно содержит систему утилизации тепла для получения пара низкого давления путем использования тепла, выработанного с помощью экзотермической абсорбции триоксида серы в серной кислоте, при этом обеспечивают, что а) когда функционирует система утилизации тепла, вся кислота, извлекаемая из абсорбера 1-й стадии и из абсорбера 2-й стадии, циркулирует в кислотном контуре абсорбера 1-й стадии, и б) когда система утилизации тепла отключена, никакой кислоты не подают абсорбер 1-й стадии и абсорбер 2-й стадии питают из независимой системы циркуляции кислоты.
