Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A SOLDAGEM POR ATRITO DE COMPONENTES A presente invenção refere-se a um método para soldagem por atrito de componentes (35) durante a qual ambos os componentes são girados em relação um ao outro, durante uma fase de aquecimento, sob força de compressão axial mútua (F) gerada por um atuador de força de compressão (8a) na localização a ser soldada, quando o componente (3) está em repouso enquanto o componente acionado (5) está girando. Além disso, após os componentes (3, 5) terem sido submetidos a um aquecimento por atrito suficiente, a rotação é parada e os componentes, que são estacionários com relação um ao outro, são comprimidos juntos com uma força de compressão que é significativamente maior do que durante a fase de aquecimento. O componente girado (5) é acionado por um motor elétrico (7), que é dotado de um controlador (19) e cuja velocidade rotacional (n), torque (RF), força de compressão (F) e profundidade de avanço (S) são medidos pelo controlador. A velocidade rotacional é, de acordo com uma força de compressão inicial axial (F) entre cambos os componentes ajustada pelo controlador para uma velocidade rotacional inicial que faz com que as superfícies de contato de ambos os componentes se fundam e seja mantida até que o torque cai como um resultado da fusão das superfícies de contato de ambos os componentes, durante o que a velocidade rotacional é diminuída e é reduzida até zero.Uma vez que a velocidade rotacional seja zero, a força de compressão é aumentada até um máximo, de modo que a soldagem fixa resulta sobre as superfícies de contato de ambos os componentes.
