Abstract

ENZIMAS MELHORADAS A presente invenção está relacionada às enzimas GTP ciclohidrolases II modificadas que exibem atividade específica aumentada, e aos polinucleotídeos que as codificam. A invenção ainda diz respeito aos vetores que compreendem esses polinucleotídeos e às células hospedeiras contendo tais vetores.
