Abstract

COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS PARA USAR UM REGULADOR DE PRODUçãO DE BIOPOLìMERO A presente invenção provê seqüências de ácido nucléico e variantes destas capazes de modular a produção de exopolissacarídeo em Sphingomonas, e provê métodos para usar tais seqüências de ácido nucléico para gerar bactérias que hiperproduzem exopolissacarídeo na forma de muco.
