Abstract

DERIVADOS DE 2,4-DIAMINOTIAZOL-5-ONA. A presente invenção refere-se a novos derivados de 4-amino-tiazol de fórmula (1). Estes compostos inivem quinases ciclina-dependentes. Estes compostos e seus sais e ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis têm atividade antiproliferativa e são úteis no tratamento ou controle de câncer, em particular tumores sólidos. Esta invenção também é dirigida para composições farmacêuticas contendo os compostos referidos e a métodos para tratar ou controlar câncer, ainda mais particularmente o tratamento ou controle de tumores de mama, de pulmão, de cólon e de próstata. Além disso são descritos intermediários úteis na preparação destes novos derivados de 4-aminotiazol.
