Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO DE EXIBIçãO EM 2D E 3D PARA INSPEçãO DE TUBO DE FORNALHA. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e método para exibir dados de inspeção coletados a partir de uma fornalha. O sistema compreende um dispositivo de armazenamento (106) para armazenar os dados de inspeção (112). O sistema também compreende um computador (102) programado para separar os dados de inspeção (112) em uma pluralidade de marcadores de dados de modo a correlacionar os dados de inspeção (112) com a geometria física da fornalha. Cada um dos marcadores de dados identifica ma localização de um aspecto físico da fornalha (tal como uma curvatura, uma superfície externa elevada, tubulação passando por cima, um poço térmico, uma solda, um flange, uma alteração de escala e/ou uma alteração de diâmetro). De preferência, o computador (102) é também programado para gerar uma exibição dos dados de inspeção separados, onde a exibição é uma representação bidimensional ou tridimensional dos segmentos de tubo da fornalha. Esta exibição pode então ser utilizada para visualmente detectar áreas de problema dentro da fornalha. Várias modalidades ilustrativas do sistema e do método associado são proporcionadas.
