Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PEçAS MOLDADAS E UNIDADE ESTRUTURAL PARA UM TAL DISPOSITIVO A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a fabricação de peças moldadas, especialmente de peças moldadas a injeção, a pressão ou prensagem, com uma parte de núcleo (31), um dispositivo de ejeção associado à parte de núcleo (31), um suporte de núcleo (11) suportando a parte de núcleo (31) e o dispositivo de ejeção (41) e uma matriz (51), sendo que a parte de núcleo (31) e a matriz (51) são sujeitáveis uma relativamente à outra e então formam entre si uma cavidade correspondente à peça moldada. O dispositivo é caracterizado pelo fato de que o suporte de núcleo é executado como quadro de suporte de núcleo (11) com uma passagem (13), e pelo fato de que a parte de núcleo (31) e o dispositivo de ejeção (41) formam uma unidade estrutural, que é encaixável por um lado no quadro de suporte de núcleo (11) e sendo que no estado encaixado o dispositivo de ejeção (41) se estende através da passagem (13). A invenção refere-se ainda a uma unidade estrutural especial de uma parte de núcleo (31) e um dispositivo de ejeção (41) para um dispositivo de acordo com a invenção.
