Abstract

nanopartículas pegiladas papa transporte de moléculas biologicamente ativas, composição farmacêutica, liofilizato constituindo nanopartículas pegiladas e processo de preparação de nanopartículas pegiladas, se refere a nanopartículas formando um polímero biodegradável, preferencialmente o éter de metil vinil e o copolímero anidrido maléico (pvm/ma) e um glicol de polietileno ou derivativos deste; estas nanopartículas são fáceis de produzir e fornecem excelentes características de bioadesão, dimensão e potencial zeta, sendo portanto adequadas para administração de moléculas ativas; a seleção do tipo de glicol de polietileno usado em sua produção permite modular apropriadamente as características destas nanopartículas, que podem ser usadas de forma vantajosa de acordo com o tipo de droga a ser transportada e/ou método de administração da formulação farmacêutica; a pegilação é realizada através da simples incubação por um curto período de tempo das duas macromoléculas em questão, sem precisar fazer uso de solventes orgânicos com alta toxicidade nem dos longos e trabalhosos processos de síntese orgânica; além disso, o processo de pegilação pode ser associado ao processo de encapsulamento de moléculas biologicamente ativas.
