Abstract

DISPOSIçãO PARA A FIXAçãO DO GERADOR DE GáS DE UMA UNIDADE DE AIR-BAG. A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição para a fixação do gerador de gás de uma unidade de air-bag. Ela tem a tarefa de colocar à disposição uma solução por meio da qual o gerador de gás pode ser fixado seguramente no compartimento do gerador e podem ser compensadas tanto as tolerâncias radiais como axiais, especialmente do gerador de gás. Ao mesmo tempo pretende-se obter uma vedação segura do compartimento do gerador contra o meio ambiente. Para a solução da tarefa, um elemento de fixação flexível é armado na área da extremidade do gerador de gás oposta ao apoio fixo entre sua circunferência externa e a circunferência interna do compartimento do gerador que se projeta axialmente sobre o gerador de gás. O elemento de fixação, depois de ser pressionado para dentro de um segmento entre a parede externa do gerador de gás e a parede interna do compartimento do gerador é abaulado em direção axial para dentro do compartimento do gerador.
