Abstract

"LIGA DE ALUMìNIO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE SUPERFìCIES TRIBOLOGICAMENTE SOLICITADAS, REVESTIMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE, MATERIAL COMPóSITO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DO REVESTIMENTO". A presente invenção se refere a uma liga de alumínio para um revestimento para superfícies tribologicamente solicitadas, tendo uma matriz de alumínio (20) na qual é depositada pelo menos uma fase mole e uma fase dura, assim como a um processo para a produção do revestimento. A fase mole e/ou a fase dura se encontram na matriz de alumínio (20) essencialmente finamente dividida, e pelo menos 80%, de preferência pelo menos 90% da fase mole, mais exatamente das partículas moles (18) apresentam um diâmetro médio de no máximo 3 <109>m. A liga de alumínio é produzida pela deposição de uma fase gasosa sobre um suporte (11).
