Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A INSPEçãO DE CONTORNOS EM RABO DE ANDORINHA DE BORDA DENTADA". Um método e uma ferramenta para inspecionar um contorno de uma borda de um vão formado em um disco (200), cada vão recebendo de forma fixa uma palheta de turbina (220). Um primeiro dispositivo (12) recebe o disco (200) contendo os vãos. Um segundo dispositivo (14) apresenta um sensor associado com o movimento do instrumento, o primeiro dispositivo (12) suportando o disco (200) com uma orientação predeterminada em relação ao sensor. O disco (200) é sustentado pelo primeiro dispositivo (12), o instrumento sendo dirigido ao longo do vão definindo um caminho substancialmente paralelo à superfície do contorno, o instrumento permanecendo em contato físico com a superfície do contorno. O sensor transmite um sinal associado ao movimento do instrumento para um algoritmo para converter o sinal em posições de duas dimensões ao longo do caminho tangente à superfície do contorno. A aceitação do contorno da borda do vão é determinada pela comparação entre as posições de duas dimensões com uma faixa predeterminada de valores.
