Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ESPUMA DE UM LìQUIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para produzir espuma de um líquido, particularmente leite, compreende uma alimentação de vapor (10) através da qual é acionada uma turbina (12) disposta em uma caixa (3,7) e uma alimentação de ar (19), sendo que a turbina (12) é acoplada mediante um eixo (25) a um misturador (20) para agitar o líquido. Nisso, uma mistura vapor-ar é introduzida através de um tubo (4) na região do misturador (20) e agitada com o líquido. O dispositivo para a produção de espuma de um líquido é higiênico na operação e fácil de limpar.
