Abstract
"SISTEMA RETIFICADOR E MéTODO PARA A CRIAçãO DE UMA FACE DE CORTE CONTORNADO COM UM âNGULO DE INCLINAçãO AXIAL VARIáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema retificador e a um método retificador correspondente baseados em um módulo conglomerado preferivelmente como um programa ou segmento de programa, que, preferivelmente, define a geometria da borda de corte de canto e a face de corte de canto de uma ferramenta de corte de metal com base nas condições periféricas predeterminadas. O ângulo de inclinação axial da borda de corte de extremidade de face e o ângulo de inclinação axial da borda de corte circunferencial, além de um perfil efetivo desejado, podem servir como condições periféricas predeterminadas. Condições periféricas adicionais podem ser uma transição suave das faces de corte entre a face de corte de chip de extremidade de face, face de corte de canto e face de corte circunferencial. As ferramentas são obtidas para terem uma vida útil longa e com as quais, ao mesmo tempo, uma boa qualidade de usinagem pode ser alcançada.
